Yeah, it's a secret that probably not many people know about. They're probably running some script on a server to which they buy traffic in order to produce YouTube views. I don't know if I would call this a bot, but they're most definitely not using any "view exchange program".

The best way to accomplish is buying real human traffic and re-direct that to videos - bots do not work.

I am using EnhanceViews and u2bviews myself and all I can say is they are doing fine and they always get updated when they stop working.
