Hello everyone,

I need some people to do a job for me. I'll go straight to the point: I will pay $0.35/email submit. All you have to do is to go to the link I give you and fill out the form with your details and your email address. That's it. After you've done everything you'll email me the proof (email received from the website) and I will send the money to your paypal. This job can be done only once per person, but soon I will create more jobs so that you can earn more. If you are interested, just pm me or reply to this thread. Thanks!

I don't see what's wrong in this. I will pay people who are willing to do this and who wants to do this doesn't care about how much I earn as long as they get their share.
 
First, I must say it's not wrong or get banned from the CPA networks if the offers are "Cash Incentive" allowed. But, if you try to promote it like this with the Non-Incentive or Incentive But Not Allow these methods, you'll be likely to get banned and permanently block from the networks.
 
will 0.35 cover the paypal costs? I think paypal has a minimum charge of 0.35 ;-)

The offers are not cash incentive allowed, but I use a pretty good method to make it look like people actually wanted to sign up for that offer and there is no way I can get banned for this. I am also selling the method for $4. Who is interested just let me know.
 
Get a bot & proxies, fill out the forms automatically. Save yourself some money and time in following up with so many people. End result will be the same because network will eventually not be getting any conversions whether you pay someone to fill that form or you do it automatically with a bot.

This remind me when I was bringing 1,000 real visitor leads to EWA and the advertisers complain about so many leads bu no conversion at their end, and finally I got banned. They want quality leads not just leads.

Anyways, Good luck for your journey though!
