The best blackhat community program is DominateIM.com which is taught by the Moderators and other Expert blackhatters from this forum. It's I believe $97 per month.

I have learned an incredible amount just by reading the info posts on BHW, watching video tutorials, listening to audios and reading some of the better ebooks. All here on BHW.

But the most important part is to TAKE ACTION. Without it, nothing happens.
