What's a reasonable price for a VPN setup?

So what's a reasonable price for an offshore VPS that is configured to send out bulk webmail, and how difficult and how much time does it take to setup? Can't I just purchase a VPS and set it up myself; similar to shared hosting? Or would I need to hire an expert? If I need to hire an expert, then what is a reasonable price, and how long would this take them?

First you would have to find a hosting company that would allow this. As they are more rare, you'd probably have to pay a little more than a normal VPS.

Have you checked the Buy/Sell section lately for offshore VPN's? It's crazy wild on there lol! It seems like the few people that allow for bulk webmail sending want hundreds of dollars, or have had their threads closed.

It seems as though when there's a valuable resource such as this...the service gets overloaded.

Frankly finding reliable VPN who allows bulk emailing would be difficult. However you should check the buy sell section of BHW.
