My GTX 460 died a month ago and now I am left with the integrated GPU in i5 3570k. Oh well, it was my bro who played the games anyway.

the day it came i sold it, it was re furbished up grade replacement
from a gtx 570 - 580 sold it for 160 pounds. last friday
so im thinking my games pc which was built last September has
stood idle in repairs since February and the gtx 770 came out
this month, thats why im tempted

I guess it depends on how much you're gonna use it but I'd go for it if you have enough.
