Hi i am new to this forum and yes i am still not believes link building will work, Creating back links with out making sites better :/ not perfect for SEO.
I know it's a bit controversial to all, and know some of you believes, but i don't think so .... If you have any better idea apart from engaging in back links work then share with me.....

Link Building still works, but if you have high competition, only link building is not going to help you to achieve your goals. You need a lot of other stuff like quality content, better user experience, social presence and etc.

Also the other problem is doing link building the right way. If you are doing it wrong it will not work, but also can harm your positions.

yes link building still exists but you cannot only point your site with it to achieve first page even no 1 in serp.
 
That's really a good experienced i got from you guyzz. Yes i know it's not dead but i am not support that way to build a good SEO campaign. If it's really works perfectly then someone can do only that stuff for making backlinks n get the ranking. Ok if i agree then apart from Link Building what are the others stuffs required for doing a perfect SEO campaign ha ha !!

If link building doesn't exist, then how do you explain the websites that rank #1 with huge backlink profile, while there are websites with 0 links with decent on-page and it's not ranking on the top 100.
 
It does and will exist forever cause without link building none of the new sites will rank in google
 
Long Dead. Didn't you get the mail from Google stating that all organic results have been replaced with paid ads?
 
Link building is an evergreen method of high SERP on a short term

She seems to be a newbie.


And to Supriya, Link building is not yet dead and I don't think anything such will happen in the future or at least for the coming five years or so.

I suggest instead of asking questions like this, just go through the forum threads and asked any specific questions for which you need answers. That will help you more
 
yes link building still works. the constant updates by Google is absolute proof of it. and that google are also constantly trying to de-index private blog networks
