but my problem is, i can only pay by bank wire, or debit card.

i just tried moneybooker, i get this msg when i tried to upload funds from my debit card.

Well you can try getting in touch with the moneybooker support, as since you are able to create a account, there must be some problem in the verification, raise a support ticket and you should be able to get the verification steps.
