Don't work with Iknowweb, he never pays after you complete tasks

My story is here: I worked for Iknowweb, and after I completed his all tasks, he never pays. He keeps promising and giving many reasons. And I waited for about over 1 month for my payment. Wasn't I patient enough? Here is he profile:

I don't want him to be in trouble, that's why I waited so long and was patient with his all reasons and excuses. So I post here to let other web developers to be careful when working with this guy.

I DON'T WANT HIM TO BE BANNED OR ANYTHING. I don't care if he pays me or not, my purpose of posting is wanting him to behave well in business. So everyone when you work with this guy, ask him for full payment.

That was a sad experience but as online workers we have to ask for a downpayment first before we go on with the tasks. Time is very important to waste.
