What If you used this to actually build a directory of writers, then find jobs and actually out source work to them.

you will get paid for them using you aff link, and you an start your own outsourcing business.

It was already stated at the top. Think about it. Would you ever send someone to a site without using an affiliate link? Send someone to your CPA offer and they will register when they review it. Boom! You get paid. Or you can use the articles they write to do a review for an affiliate product.

Yeh you will probably be banned from the offer if you send solely these leads, you need to spread them around different networks and also mix them in with real leads.

I have used it on its own and never got banned but its a much bigger risk than mixing in with whitehat.

I see, I found some good paying offers (around $2-$3 per lead) on a CPA I work with. I guess I'm gonna give it a shot but keep it under $50/day. That way I shouldn't have problems with them until I find other companies to mix with, correct?
