A little help with SAPE please.

1. I purchased 5 links yesterday and it cost around 90 rubles. Its been more than 24 hours, how come I don't see this amount deducted off my balance (left sidebar)


2. Out of those 5 links, there is 1 that still hasnt placed my url on it. What can I do about this? Its been over 24+ hours. SAPE has a notificiation that says all status 'OK' sites should have my url up within 1 hour.


3. Is there anywhere on SAPE where I can generate a invoice?

Even tho it might sound like a good thing, whereas my links are showing on donor's sites, but my money arent deducted.... but i am not sure if i am doing this right. hum.
