[HELP] Youtube : Your video is currently not approved for monetization !

one of my videos that was under review for 5 days ( and this is so weird becz normaly it just take 5 min ) , anyway it show me this msg today

Your video is currently not approved for monetization. To consider your request, YouTube requires information regarding your commercial use rights for your video.

its weird because the content of the video is 100% made by me " i worte an article from different articles" then i record it + im using some free pictures from sites like shutterstock .

can someone tell me what kind of information "commercial use rights" i can send to youtube ?

Bicho,

You will probably need to contact them to figure out what they want. Typcially commercial use rights documentation is just proof that you are the owner of intellectual property and have the right to use it.
You might want to make sure that you are actually using things that you are allowed to use. Sometimes images can seem like they are free to use (and that may be the case) when they are not.

Very few shutterstock pictures are free and that applies to most other sites, it requires at least attribution. Check very carefully.
