this is the best service provided, coz lots of people are getting scammed by buying/selling fanpages
when there is a trusted middleman taking care of all the formalities people can buy/sell pages without worries..

Sounds like a great service. One suggestion - find the sellers yourself. Then you can even charge a higher fee. I'd personally pay 10%-15% if you could find me fanpages to buy.

I'll answer a question that's come up in various forms: why I'm trying
not to independantly look for buyers and sellers, rather serve as the
middle man only?
The idea of buying/selling fan pages has been on my mind the last few years.
I've even created a Flippa clone-type site, which its goal is to allow people to
sell/buy social media accounts. But I've left it empty, and discontinued using it
cos I've noticed that FB etc. put a lot of effort into sniffing out page-commerce and
it's not worth doing, if all the pages and other social media accounts in this site
will be permimently banned.
That's why I prefer knowing as little as possible, only to maintain the primary
connection between the buyer-seller, after which they'll return to my service after
assuring their commitment to the transaction.
Upon their return with a positive agreement, I can assure both sides the transaction
will run smoothly!
Note, it's true I run a primary checkup of the fan page: whether the majority of fans are
real and active. But, my initial concern is to guarantee no one will get financially scammed.
The buyer and seller will need to be discreet regarding their transaction.
