Twitter Follower Churning

Thought I would try my hand at Twitter marketing and my account just hit 2000+ followers. How many people can I follow/unfolow on a daily basis without risking this account being banned?

Twitter's help page says "if you don?t follow or un-follow hundreds of users in a single day, and you aren?t using automated methods of following users, you should be fine," but I'm just wondering if there are some solid numbers behind this?

It is actually a drag but I am new and learning. I was looking to buy an unlimited license to TweetAdder, but that is gone now.

What other automated options are there for following/unfollowing on Twitter?

Have you tried http://www.justunfollow.com or http://who.unfollowed.me/ that could help instead of doing everything manually
