im doing it with with my canadian mastercard no issues at all...TD bank

When trying to verify the amount charged to your card, you just need to use an accurate converter such as https://www.google.com/finance/converter and then go up or down a bit.

so if the amount that the converter shows is 3.83 rubles...then try either 3.84 or 3.82 (try the 3.83 as well)

I had to do this because my bank wouldn't let me know the initial currency amount charged.

I dont quite understand how SAPE currency conversion works. I placed 200 RUB on my account (that's their minimum requirement), and based on that link you provided, it shows 200 RUBS = $6.5520 USD. However, on my SAPE account, I am getting 7.59 USD.

Now, I know you might say exchange-rates changes everyday, but I have deposit money twice past 2 weeks, and the rates are about the same. Of course, I am not trying to proof you wrong lol, but I am just wondering if I am understanding or doing anything wrong here. Thanks.

I wouldn't recommend this guide to no one. One pdf is written in a broken english. The other one is written alright, but it's really really basic (how to add your card and etc)
Better watch the guides on YT. This is one of those I recommend. Also check other guides to teach how to add card.

I really doubt that a totally beginner would try to register a shady russian website without any knowdlege about OBL, PR and others...

We were all beginners at one time - myself included. I had a use a Sape guide from a BHW member to navigate the Sape system.
