My site is now gone in google search result and i found someone with same niche ranking in page 1 with only 4 images and less than 50 words (just plain html page) no metas etc.. and it does not have any keywords that i type in search bar

Its a luck game now a days, google rank some sites really well and just sandbox some of them, just make 2-3 sites at once to make sure if one gets sandbox the other one does fine.

yes its been a week already since i lost all my rank

If a site is new, it really doesn't need much content on it at all to rank. It's only when a site has had the same content on it for a long period of time google slaps it. I've ranked new sites with only a paragraph to the top of google within days of making it.
