Want to Hire a Permanent Content Writer!

Hello everyone,

Ive recently been looking for the past 2 weeks for a decent content writer and researcher however none are jumping out at me as good enough and what one lacks the other one doesn't so seems like im going to have to hire 2 or more to work together to get small projects done.

What i need you for....

longtail keyphrase research
competition analysis
article writing with 2 to 4% density
research on topics and product organized case files for me
ebook / pdf writing experience or just very good at text formatting
Squidoo / Hubpages / Wordpress experience
Self Motivated
Highly Reliable
Ability to meet reasonable deadlines
More than 4 hours spare everyday to work for me

Now im looking for someone permanent and not to pay per job or per hour as honestly that wastes too much of my time keeping track of it all and sorting out payment every few hours for it or every every week is too much.

So payment will be monthly via paypal.... Looking for someone in the region of $200 to $600 a month with bonuses however the wage depends on the number of hours that you can work for me (5 or 6 days a week 7 if you want).

Minimum of 6 months work guaranteed after trial period.

Post below what you can and can't do with examples of each if possible (the more the better). Finally of course your time zone country and work hours (i.e. hours you can work for me).

I can find people... ive got over 50 people interested in working for me full time yet no single person meets all the criteria im looking for without training.

The ability to follow simple instructions is key and if you have ever sorted out CV's and application forms for real jobs like i have then you will understand that the ones that don't write it by hand when it says 'write this by hand' clearly on it will get thrown straight into the bin. Same if you miss a side of the sheet out. I don't have time to go through all the crap applications and so just discard them.

Im offering a job and people are applying... just because its online doesn't mean the basic rules of application sorting don't apply. I don't care if you have 50 years experience and can write 50 words a second im not going to hire you if you can't apply properly and lack the skills to follow basic instructions.

lewl....first rule of outsources is you have to be willing to train the people that work for you.

I've have taken several people that knew 0 about what i wanted done but where able to learn how to do what i needed.

You just have to take the time to train them esp for the prices your asking.

Yep i know that, ive got someone working for me now who's earning me alot of income and i trained them from the ground up and now they are doing it perfectly.

However because im still exploring all avenues as often you find hidden gems sneaking about without you knowing and im just making sure there are none of them here too.

My pricing is actually above average for what im asking for, ive got people willing to work for me at about $1 to $1.5 an hour 8 hours a day 6 days a week for a full month for about $200.

I know this question is off track but when you outsource for $1 an hour for 8 hours and 6 days and it costs $200 a month do you make a lot more or just enough to cover the price of the employee

Really depends how im gonna use them... okay i have to proof read them all and edit at that price but its worth the time spent.
