Just got my first report of the review copy so here is an honest one :

I'm checking the links right now.
202 links were created from a lot of different platforms :
- 9 articles
- 22 Blog comments

- 12 Microblog
- 17 Bookmarks
- 17 Social Networks
- 95 Wikis
Parsed them on SB, 23 are indexed, more will follow.
All links are made on PR0-9 platforms.
Checked manually some links, different articles and content were used each time.
So far so good. I'm not using this directly on my money site but on my T1. I will update if I see any movement as I'm not doing much SEO for this website lately, so that would be this mainly SERP moves coming from Spartan.
I just received the first report of the review copy Hinkys has given me.
I manually checked some of the links and they are from some nicely spun articles. The platforms also has diversity which is a major plus. The distribution of the links (I gave him 100) was also great.

I just got my first report and all I can say is WOW! The links are very diverse, which was the whole reason I wanted to use this service. I provided very little information to John, and what he came back with is awesome. The links range from PR0-8 and many different types of sites, and the keyword diversity is great.
I'm very pleased already. I would have gladly paid what he's asking for this first report alone, but this is just the beginning of a 30 day drip feed. I'm impressed and will definitely be back for my other sites. Keep up the great work!

Since It's only been few days I can't really tell about my SERP movement, but all links provided are good quality PR of (0-8).
The variation of anthor text is astonishing too!
The platforms of sites also has diversity which is a major plus.

Just a question, from those who have reviewed it. Is this offer good for Tier 1 or should go for tier 2 using this service.

Yes it is best used as Tier 2 OR Tier 1 for Youtube videos, Squidoo lenses, Facebook pages, etc. Basically any pages / subdomains on authoritative domains.
That being said, it works directly on money sites as well provided you submit multiple inner pages + add a lot of different keywords. If the campaign is aimed directly at your money site, we also add a certain % of general anchor texts to make things safer. (we have a database of 1000+ general anchors)
However the main problem here is content used. While being super spun, 95%+ unique and sometimes even readable, it is still computer generated, it's not really meant for human eyes. And as a long term SEO strategy, you generally want your Tier 1 links to pass manual inspection.
Even so, you can use this package to boost sites with good links profiles while keeping a steady link velocity. You can even rank new sites provided you're adding new content and building manual authoritative links regularly alongside our campaign.
