why adult files forbidden in PPD

why ppd network forbid adult content if it bring traffic, i dont get it

Probably a little of both - porn traffic is considerably less valuable in terms of conversions so the leads they do get are probably really trashy. At least fake crack/hack downloads can net you some real people, porn probably not.

Even free downloads should to be targeted, CPA/PPD just make it less critical as to how tightly to target. Porn only targets the adult niche. So a porn download is not helpful to advertisers promoting, say, insurance, or acne products, or bibles.
