Hi Eric, I think that there is some small update at Pinterest and me and all of my friends using Pinpioneer has a problem with PINING.I try to manually pin and it works.Do you have some information?

I have the same problem as Milll_1000_.I am not able to pin....What is the problem?I just bought the bot and there is a problem....Check it out.....
 
Just tested mine with new look account. Everything is working fine on my accounts

Can you indicate if you are using new look accounts or old look?

More than likely it's going to be due to old look accounts being phased out and requiring the new look.
 
I'm having some problems.
[17:26:03] Failed on creating board
[17:20:48] Failed on posting pin
x
I get those two error messages using [x] Rotate Accounts [x] Newlook [Use board contains: xxx] [Source URL: xxx]
It fails to pin when the board already exists in the target account.
Not sure why it fails to create board.

[Use existing board] always shows 'None'

Also scheduling can't rotate accounts?

Eric, I'm using only new look accounts and i have your bot for a month maybe.I know how to use it but from 2 days ago i cant use it no matter of the source, delay, accounts and description.And the problem is around this time.Is there any chance too many people using it at the same time to be the problem? Is anybody with the same problem like me?

Issue is with the account rotation which we are aware of and will be fixing asap. In the meantime, you can pin individually as those are working.

PM me please so we can take a look at it. I will just need to look at it as its currently working on our end.
 
Bought the bot and it's not functional, all you can do at the moment for best results is pin manually one by one account, scheduling posts does not support multiple accounts, most of the times it fails to create boards, it does not recognize already present boards and skips to next account when rotating multiple accounts.

I'll post again when/if they fix it.

Rick, I listed more than the account rotation issue, if you're only addressing one issue it worries me.

I addressed your issue completely as it everything you stated is tied into that one problem and we are getting it fixed up :) No need to worry
 
Edit: ok, it was my own fault, the checkbox "New Look" was not marked. Works now! :)
Edit2: tried to pining, software crashes - needs to be fixed!

Hi,

i bought the software to follow / unfollow people better - i've seen the video on youtube and tried to set it up with #FOLLOWING. It lists me all my followings and said everyone would not follow me (this can't be correct).

When i want to unfollow them, it turns red and say: "[04:59:32] Failed on : xyz : Is not following you" for every user i try. Did i something wrong? How is this working?

it works well for me but the only thing i cannot make it work is the ACCOUNT CREATOR, everytime you try to create accounts i get FAILED, no problems with pins, only that

Weird, it was working a few days ago, will check it out and see if we can get a fix for it :)
