Don't use PayPal next time when you sell a website.Just don't,chance for charge-back is to high and chance for the buyer to get the money back is to high too.It's a digital thing and you are not protected.Use escrow or wire transfer.

Yes I used my personal email and no I didn't use any proxies
No, I was a bit lazy no trying to personalize, only copy and paste the original message :)

Escrow is horrible. Did you know that Escrow gives the buyer a 14 day trial period where he can pull out of the deal? Say you sell a site for 5k. The buyer can at any time cancel the deal if he/she didn't like what they purchased. That's escrow for you.

Sounds like you struck some luck there I been doing this for months for a few of my sites and never got one offer.
