I had a chat with him and here is what the offer is :
1. You have to pay $350 upfront to do start the JV.
2. Work with him.
3. Get min of $500 at the end of every month.

To me it was like you have to pay him $350 to work for him ( in other words, to become his VA ). I simple told him that I will not pay anything upfront and I will work for a month and at the end of the month just pay me $150 (500-350) instead of $500 in the first month. We will go as normal from the next month. He obviously disagreed.

He did not tell everything in the post as it would not have been approved. He told he has got 10 JVs already who paid $350 ( I don't know it's true or not ).

I neither think it's 100% scam not 100% save. So, I stepped aside. If you think it's worth a go then its your wish.

Like i said and will say again, If you are interested, get in touch with me through email or skype for further explanation, i am not looking for members that scream SCAM every second...i know you all have been scammed some point in your online career, that doesn't make it fine to attack every JV as a scam......Thanks.
