i want to ask can i do link building/SEO for my my eBay active listing ?
one thing more anyone know how can i relist my product without changing item number

According to my experience you cant re-list the same product with same item number.Though you can keep allthe matter same including the header.
So i don't know about link building with ebay !!

If you've listed an auction on Ebay no one guarantees you that you will have sales. You just need to have products that sell like hot cakes and follow the small guide I gave you, its about Ebay listings SEO. Also you can check this link too.

Depending on your product, you could pin it on Pinterest. If you've pinned it from your auction, it should click back into your auction.
