The accounts we use have real friends, but the accounts themselves are ours.
We do see residual traffic, really depends on how interesting the website subject is. But we dont make any guarantees as that is not the point of the service.
You can have a refund if you feel we didn't deliver what we promised. We DO NOT promise social media traffic!

How long does it take to get a report? I remember reading it was 7 days but I'm not sure if I'm remembering the correct service.

This is very rare. If your report is not showing all of your signals, please fill out a support ticket in the dashboard to see if its a reporting issue or if the team missed the mark. Either way we will make sure you get all the signals you paid for.
Check your client dashboard, your report lives there in a google doc.

The backend has a "queue" system that is designed to change your URLs for the NEXT month. If you used the wrong URLs this month, you'll have to open a support ticket and ask to change them right away.
