What is the best way to use these links brother?

On blackhat sites, the best way to use them would be in a highly concentrated matter for maximum results. 1-3 keywords, 1 URL. Balance the link profile with other less powerful links.

On a whitehat site, it depends on the amount of risk you're interested in taking. While this is my own private network and it isn't affected by whatever Matt Cutts does to hurt the big public networks, they're still hidden links, which is blackhat. Personally, I feel comfortable using these (provided you get plenty of diversity in your other tier 1 links) directly at my own long-term moneysites (and I've yet to have a single site penalized). For clients, it depends - if you want to avoid all risk, just point them at Web 2.0 properties, guest posts, press releases, and whatnot. They're certainly less risky (and more powerful) than Russian links, so it's really up to you.

Im interested in buying and have the money now to go through with it. However the only thing stopping me is the fact that their is no reviews about serp improvement. Nobody thats ordered has come back and left a review that their serps improved from this friend. Why is that? Do you have any proof that this is working, maybe from your own sites rankings screenshots or something?

It's about 3 weeks now since I ordered and I can confirm that I got the links I ordered, high PR homepage backlinks, as I saw them coming at ahrefs. I gave 3 highly competitive keywords with the following results:

Keyword 1: Page 2 -> Page 1 now
Keyword 2: Nowhere -> Page 1 now
Keyword 3: Nowhere -> Nowhere (well this one is much more difficult to rank than the other 2).

So, this service works really well for me and I am happy with the results. Keep in mind that I combined this service with others to get link and anchor diversity which I suggest everyone to do the same. I will definitely continue my current plan and maybe take another package for another site.

I wanted to wait for the first review to come in to respond to this post. Real results and reviews a couple of weeks, as you can see. There weren't any reviews yet at the time of your post because I didn't request any of them yet, even from people who bought review copies. However, it looks like cesarian has some pretty nice things to say about these links.
