been playing with the idea of incorporating offshore, found this company in the UK that does it http://www.fletcherkennedy.com/offshore-company/offshore-company.html what do you think? anyone done that and can share? how does opening the bank account / withdrawing money work?

I have not dealt with that company but I have dealt with offshore banking using Annon Atm cards. I really had no need for it but I was charging people for setting them up. It usually costs about $350 to set it up. They send you the account info and annon atm card and pin fedex next day air. Then you are ready to go. I guess if you were pushing some big cash it would be useful to keep it off the books.

This and many other websites claim that Cyprus and Switzerland are offshore jurisdictions? I think not!
I have purchased shitload of offshore companies for my clients (in the past), that's the easy part. To open anonymous(and secure) bank account that's a hard part.
Before you purchase anything you need to figure out what you want to achieve. There is tax avoidance(legal=good) and tax evasion(illegal=bad).

What you could do is open a Trust in an offshore location where income tax is about 5-6%. Then all you need is open a bank account over there for the Trust and become its sole beneficiary. To withdraw money, apply for a Visa debit card. Works the same as a CC across the world.
