Negative feedback left by an axxhole

An .^(&@#$! left me an negative feedback.

1 month ago i sold around 300 items for 0.99$ on eBay, for feedback of course.
All those items were accurate. I had an DSLR of 5.00 till 1 day ago.
Then kaboom... an idiot left me an negative feedback, that he didn't received his product in 1 month (only 3 weeks passed - from date he paid ...)He also left a low DLSR, including how accurate was the item description ... What can I do? If he had said he didn't received i would be happy to refund him or send him a new item... it's only 0.99$ that guy think i scammed him 0.99$... I only got 170 feedback, and that low DLRS really hurt me... i have now like 4.8 because of that ...

I would like to know how I can get ride of that negative feedback ? Even if the item got lost, i could have reship or refund if he asked about... .

I really don't like it. He also left an LOW DLSR for item description and communication....

The only thing I can suggest is to sell more feedback-harvesting items to dilute the effect of the negative feedback.

If memory serves nothing particularly bad happens until your DSR (not DSLR, that's a camera) goes below 4.6.

So you didn't do a ship/track notify and didn't get your auto 5 for communication?

No. There are 0.99$ items.
Sending with a tracking code will cost like 3$ ... so i ship normally... without any tracking number.

lucky me i added: free shipping , otherwise he would had left an 1 for "shipping cost" too...

Have you tried contacting him?? Tell him you'll refund his money and include the ebook free if he changes his feedback

I contacted him... but no replay from him so far.
I told him he should had contact me or ask for a refund, before leaving negative feedback... and low DLSR.

I remember a client.. he got his item twice, and also made a charge back lol
I don't want to end-up by sending this a(&@! his item twice, and he to forget removing the low DLSR and feedback

I received a negative feedback recently. Why?
Because I bought a $180 worth jacket for $40 in some wholesale lot. I started it at $0.01, it had a lot of attention but ended up only at $25 in bid, I accepted the loss and shipped the item. USPS website states they attempted a delivery to the customer and left a note. Next day he opens up a case and rightly so to dodge an oncoming negative, I refunded to the buyer saying I'll expect the money back once he receives the item. However, he ended up leaving a negative feedback saying something like cheeky Seller. ( I have refunded to buyers complaining late delivery or item not yet arrived and there has been many honest buyers who have actually paid back when they received their items - So there is hope in humanity still )

Now, I had done everything right to avoid the negative. I have made Loss on the sale + I have refunded the money + I do not have the jacket. So I lose everything on this transaction and get a negative feedback instead. This is how cruel the eBay world actually is.

I have received negatives in other instances too which are just simply not justified. Buyers are in power. So you should not rely on one eBay account, you should have plenty of them if you want to be in the long run on this race. Negatives won't hurt a bit once you have 5+ accounts running at the same time.

Any time I ever received a negative I was able to negotiate with the buyer and make them change their feedback. I would say a negative was rare and I provided a good service so It wasnt as if the customer was completely pissed off.

I used to explain to the customer in human terms that one negative on my account would have a disastrous effect on sales. I reminded them I had young people working for me and low sales meant no overtime and possibly worse etc.

I dont think you have to shame them into reversing the neg but reaching out to customers and showing them that you are not just a machine on the other side of world can help your cause.

You can revise only 5 negatives for every 1,000 feedbacks.
A phone call will usually do the trick with a refund, I have already used up my 5 chances so now negatives just sit there and burn my account.
