1-5 updates a day with a new photo depending on your traffic.
If the content is engaging and inspires users input that is best.

Congrats on starting a FB page dude. I have no good advice to offer, I just wanna know how you have so many posts within a month of joining BHW lol... Do you have time to do anything else?

Hey RW, good to see you opening up a question thread.

IMO, I'd say it would be best for you to maybe upload at a rapid rate for the first few days or so and then slow down the rate.

Reason being is that at first you want to try and go viral by providing quality content that is actually funny. If you succeed, you will see numerous likes coming in and then bam, you hit them with another funny picture. This will help you go viral as more profiles are liking your content. After this, you can start slow down and spread out the content a little bit more per day.

BTW, timing is also important.

You can upload a few (with time in between, never simultaneously) in the morning for the early birds. A few during lunch hours, a few during rush hour, and a few again at night.

I have always believed that once to twice an hour during your peak times, then once an hour all other times. It is easy to over do it.
