I make aols day in and day out.
Aol has ip restrictions upon making accounts, like 1 ip per 1 account per day, but this talk of disabling accounts upon ip location is 100% incorrect.

I make aols from ips around the world day in and day out as i said above, but one day i could make the account with a japan ip, then next day do what i do with a uk/usa/russain ip etc etc, makes no difference, dont people travel these days lol
