Best Tier 1 Websites

Hi guys

I am thinking of posting some of our extra articles on some high quality websites. The ones I can think of are tumblr, wordpress and blogger. What are the ones that you use the most?

In my competitive analysis I've seen blogger links to be very helpful for ranking. I wouldn't grab a ton of links, but a handful should add to your link diversity and be helpful to helping your site rank.

I'd stay away from squidoo. It has become very difficult for me to get content to be publicly listed and all the outbound links are now no-follow.

I had a big list of Web 2.0 blogs (100+) that I was going through to create my Tier 1 backlinks. I noticed that quite a few blogs listed either cost money, do not allow outbound links for new users, have very advanced anti-spam protocols that will just result in your account being terminated very quickly, or they no longer exist. I've condensed it down to a smaller list, which I just go through with different proxies:

Basically the thing is I have got a few extra articles from our writers which can be published on our website but we have already covered that topic so many times so I thought why not go to some really high quality websites who will not allow me to publish stuff on them (Like I cant get tumblr to work with MagicSubmitter) using Magic Submitter and then publish them over there and run a campaign for them. I have seen a lot of BHW members use this strategy.
