Instagram new TOS, so what did they change?

Hello,

I saw some people reporting that they got banned just after starting a bot... and they used 3seconds delay.

I saw some people replying that Instagram changed TOS and so there are new limitations.

I want to know, where can we see the new TOS? What did they change and especially what are the new limitations??

I've been botting at 1 second delay since last night and I was around 40k liked pictures but I didn't receive any allert. We need more informations about all this.

I haven't been banned still using a 2 second delay. Only seen one thread on here saying they got banned with 3 second delay but that could have been numerous factors. Have you seen lots of people getting banned OP?

I saw that thread too, anyway someone there mentioned that other people got banned. Also on other forums there was people talking about this.

But the problem is that I can't find anything official from Instagram and I don't even know if it's the truth or it's just a rumor... that's what I'm trying to find out.

Just had a search and can't find anything official from them either, I'm guessing it's just a rumour but I'll let you know if I see anything.

I do n't think Facebook and Instagram sympathise people very well. They * think * they do, but they do n't. Instagram brought out a "we followed you on this" which was crafted without doubt by that most oxymoronic of people, a sensitive lawyer. I do n't want my pictures used as ads, that's just idiotic. What kind of person are trying to find that?.

if you create multiple accounts using the same ip ( proxy ) you will get banned immediately, so i think everybody has to create 1 account / ip for now on ...

Is this official? I used to create from 5 up to 9 accs with the same IP/proxy.

no, its not official ... I suppose is that, because we have allocated to a customer of ours some virgin dedicated private proxies and after a few hours, he got all the accounts banned and proxies also got banned so i had to replace them, after he has created 1 acc / ip he didn't had any problems ...

Well but this dramatically slows down the possibility to create accounts. Wondering if this affects also multi accounting? I used to run 3-4 accs on the same IP at the same time.

Hope they didn't really changed all this. Maybe he got banned for other factors too.

Just for the information, are you guys talking about 3 seconds delay in a php/ruby script or a macro's script?
Because I created an account this week and wrote a php script to auto like pictures and if I like more than ~90 pictures an hour I get banned. You guys got any workaround for that?

No browser scripts, I'm talking about real bots coded in c# , c++. You do 90/hr , I do 900+/hr .

Sounds very interesting. I currently use ninjagram, but if I can find something better, faster/more efficient I will change asap. Just not want to get banned.

This depends on your luck, I could like up to around 2500 per hours, it depends on connection. Anyway it would be risky.
But with my currently settings 1-3 seconds delay between liking pics I never got any problem.

Ok.. listen to my story.. before 2 days I create a new account. and massively I followed about 2k using 1 IP and 1 second per client follow request. You all know (155) is the max follows per client such as (Statigram, ink361, etc).

So it's settings are:

1 Account.
1 Dynamic IP.
1 Second delay for follow request.
155 follow request per client.

While the task working.. I got suddenly with no time a Capatcha verification.. I ignored it. After the 4th capatcha verification the account will be disabled directly!

On my old accounts there was no capatcha verifection and I can add as long as i can with no issues at all.
But now there's verifecations.

So this might be the real problem!!

I know people that got banned because they reached the 7500 followers cap but the bot was still sending requests over and over. So maybe trying to send requests again and again when you get captcha gets you banned too.

So could you please give it another try?

If that's the problem then we can avoid captchas by using higher delay values so you don't get to insert captcha.

Yeah, this is a big problem, instagram developers team didn't announced about this new TOS yet that's why people complaining.

However, This is what am trying to figure out now .. what is the best delay values.. I am going to create a new account now.. and i will let you know the results.
