Then you just update your profiles here and there, with actual talk and throw in some links every so often.

Also on your profiles you set your website.

They see you followed or subscribed, they check out your profile and web site.

Also when you update your profiles you can use live links.

It is hard to say how much traffic you can generate, will you use these 1 hour per day for very little, or for 8 hours per day for more traffic?
