never mind, just found a solution

create a list of tumblr.com urls with requested accounts

username.tumblr.com
username1.tumblr.com
...
.

and then bulk check the headers

tomanthony.co.uk/tools/bulk-http-header-compare/

404s are available

Doesn't work for a lot of common names like "absworkout" for example is a 404, but you can't register with it still. Probably a banned account / filter.

This type of bot will not show the blocked or banned or suspended account..

yep, you are right guys, already found that even if some accounts are 404s I still cannot use them, but it's only a small part of my list as I am not trying common names and keywords

but if you know better solution, share with us

I have been looking for a solution for this problem. Any ideas? Only checking HTTP headers results in a lot of false positives.
