The best way to optimize the page is to fill it out completely with keywords that you want to rank for as well as relevant information for local SEO like your address and phone number. Make sure you get your custom vanity URL. The posts aren't important because those are not indexed. Only the main timeline information is.

Vanity urls can help you rank in keywords, try to name your page properly and add the username in it ..!! With time it will rank in google and try to make few back links as well

I've found FB pages ( with keyword vanity urls and page name changed to match the vanity url ) are way easier to rank than regular sites. Good luck finding good available vanity urls though.

.. only after you have done the above mentioned:

1) buy more than 30k Likes for the page
2) work hard on getting likes and shares on posts (addmefast is an easy solution for this step)
3) upload videos to the page rather than sharing youtube videos
4) work on social backlinks to the page and posts
