If you want upload , you need login in YT account and create Channel.
Our yt accounts without channels! If you want YT account with channels, it is a little expensive.

I need some YouTube Accounts as well. However, before I buy I am curious as to how I am going to use the PVA feature in the event that the accounts need to be verified with YouTube. Obviously, I won't have the numbers that were used when I created them.

Does it make more sense to just buy the gmail accounts and create the YouTube's myself?

I'd prefer to just buy the YouTube accounts, but I bought some on Fiverr recently and they worked fine for about 2 weeks then all of a sudden none of them worked any longer. And since I didn't have the PVA # I couldn't change the passwords for them or anything.
