This buyer bought a backlink package from me and after I have e-mailed him the report he opened a dispute saying I never delivered his order. I told him to check his spam folder and that the report I sent him might have ended up there. He e-mailed later and saying that he found the backlink report and that he is sorry for the dispute and if there is any chance I can give him discounts for further purchases, i told him no worries and if he could please take him his time to close the dispute. He ignored my e-mail and after several e-mails I esclated the dispute to a claim. I gave paypal all the proof they need including the e-mail he sent me saying that he is sorry for the dispute and that he found my backlink report! and now after "a lot" of consideration they can't rule in my favor. The buyer literally confessed that he got what he purchased and they rule in his favor!

Seriously is there anything I can do? Also I want to hurt his website any suggestions?

Just send all the proof to Paypal ..they will resolve it within 2-3 days..also did you send him report with pp id ??

If you have proof it will be ok. Don't lose your time, invest it in something else.

Yes, You need to post all proof and they will favor you.

Did any of you guys read his post? Trying to boose your post counts i guess? He said he gave proof to paypal and they still ruled in the other guys favor. At this point there probably isn't much you can do. Especially if its not a significant amount of money it wouldn't be worth your time to pursue any further

Tell the guy to pay u back the money he got refunded by paypal. if he is legit he'd do it. else u can know his intention is merely ignore and thus scamming u. and what a scammer deserves more than fame? u knw what the shitlist subforums is and so do many top forums have..defame him its what he deserves.

PayPal always sides to the buyer no matter what. I've been through this before. It took almost a month to get my refund, but i eventually did. If the proof is solid, they will take a while, but they will solve it in the end. Patience brother.

Oh, and ruin the guys reputation in the forum and throw a bunch of spam links that will ruin his site.

In general sellers should never escalate a case on paypal because paypal has certain criteria that needs to be met and certain evidence required. Not all the evidence is accepted by paypal.

For example: when a seller sends an item by post and has a receipt to show proof of postage that isn't accepted by paypal any more. Pay pal only accepts postal receipts that shows tracking number.

So the point i'm trying to make is that paypal might not have accepted that form of evidence.

So I would ring paypal up and explain the situation to them because you can appeal against paypals decision within 45 days even though the case is closed. And if you can generate the correct evidence for the appeal you might win. Also contact the buyer and see if you can him to send the money back too or something.

Fucking assholes @ paypal.

To the OP - I would consider ringing them and explaining your case, it's worth a try.

You did a mistake by escalating the claim, if the guy opened dispute and didnt respond back to the dispute after you gave all the proof just wait 20 days and paypal will rule in your favor, if at all the guy declines that you sent the report in paypal and you should wait for him to escalate, never escalate from your side(this is what my experiences has taught me) after 20 days or so of no response it will be closed in your favor. Now regarding doing bad to his website, go to fiverr buy some 100k xrumer backlinks and blast it to his main keyword , in no time he will be out

I faced a similar issue like a year ago.. After I sent the Proof to PayPal the claim ended in my favor.. Something is missing in ur case.. Try calling them up..
