18+ Hour Days

I think you answered yourself. You're working on 100 different things....meaning you can't focus on one thing and make the green.
Stop doing everything, start doing one thing and it will bring the money
At this point you're expert for everything, which means that you know shit. Learn one thing and you will be a fake ass Guru for that thing, that's what is all about

Once you have some money to play with, then look for easier ways to make money
I do have a small stash of cash...any insights?
about $400 has gone to fruitless fiverr gigs ($5 at a time, generally...thats a lot of services invested w.no sales!) and other odds n ends. Yeah, I went fiverr happy...it was like an addiction.
you think after getting all those gigs, the site owners would at least give me a little boost for the gigs I posted...and I dream on...

I smell too much coffee in this thread or is it just me.

If you have 18 hours a day I suggest you to read al the thread here on BHW start with the making money section until you have read all the threads.

after that you can start reading the Blackhat seo section and the whitehat seo section.
When I started here all I did was reading because all i knew was shit.

After 5 months of reading reading reading. I started to act on some methods that I made myself. If you want to grow you have to do a lot of thinking a lot.

When I acted on some methods a lot of them didn't work and I was not concentrating on one method. I wanted to do everything but you have to think as I said and then you will grow.

You can't earn in the first 5 months if you really want to do this. cause you have to read read read.

So start reading.

Look man, Hard Work doesn't pay, but smart work does. It doesn't matter how many hours you work in a day, if you don't have an unique idea you are obviously going to fail. As for myself, I only work 2-3 hours a day (in excess of my day job) and I am earning steady $10-$20 a day (not too much though, but not bad for a 2 hr job isn't it? )... I succeeded doing so because I found something that people think won't work ;)

Get your own smart idea and work "smartly".. I hope you will succeed too :)

$6-10/hr is working smarter? BTW with another job on top of that that's a good 11 hrs of work and most of it is for someone else not for yourself. I'd rather put in my dues working the 18 hrs a day which I have done plenty in the past. We can settle for good life or work hard for great life. OP, just keep at it all the knowledge will pay off eventually. Don't listen to the guys scared of hard work. Listen to what SkyrocketSEO said though, put those long hours into 1-2 methods at a time. Look how much time people waste watching TV and playing games. So what if you waste a couple years of your life to live the rest of it how you want.

Yeah, I need to unplug but I'm wide awake (partly bc of paranoia from the loose bug I saw, the rest bc I need to UNPLUG!) are my thoughts looping yet?

just go with youtube + CPA/PPD just work for 5 hours and you will see money coming in a few days.

I didn't mean I work for $10/hr.. What I have been earning from is Clickbank, and I literally have to do nothing. I work 2-3 hrs a day to build up small sites for different products. I am only building all of them up and one of them started earning me money.
After a year or so, I will be having plenty of such sites and the earning will only add up.. Sounds better?

EDIT: n yeah, I have taken IM seriously only a year back, though I have been doing programming for a long time now. I used to work as a freelancer in sites like elance and freelancer before I came into IM.

Each to their own I guess but putting in more then 2-3 hrs it would happen faster. Then you could quit the day job and have more time then you do now. Wouldn't count on what I'm doing today to work a year from now.

It doesn't matter how much time you spend "working", first you have to start thinking and come up with a plan, then do some work. IM is no different than any other business.

Different people, different thoughts :D
Anyway, let me follow your advice (if I understood your last statement correctly lol)...

False/True. Common sense, my wires always reflect the amount of time I put in for the week but I do have a plan.

Sure, I understand that, but OP only mention the hours he's putting in, he could be fooling himself into thinking it's enough to do just "something". I think the most important thing is to have an idea. Of course unless youre pure genius you have to study first, so 18hours/day reading BHW is not a waste of time.

If you do your work well then you do not have to work for 18 hours a day

It's impossible to work 18 hours a day without earning. I mean, buddy, most methods work. Once you start doing it, you'll see income...

I once at the sate of doubts but when I start working, money just rolling in...

Yes, it's totally normal.
I remember my first time too, it took me more than 3 months and after that my first earning was $3.05, but I was really happy like anything :)
You are not making any money but you are gaining loads of experience which will then make you much more money :)
