I usually get my pictures likes from fiverr but I wouldnt mind giving you a try

Well im just starting out so probably around 1000 depending on the price. From what I am seeing online. The price is around $50 for 1000 fully profiled accounts. I wouldnt buy a whole bunch of them until i got to know the person. but if everthing goes well it will be a returning customer

I never realized instagram accoutns were hard to acquire. Is that the reason why people make back up pages in case their main page gets flagged. Just curious

Not easy to make a bot to make instagram accounts when you can only create them the Instagram app on your cell phone.
