Best linkbuilding tool?

So I have come across GSA and No Hands SEO for building up back links. I am trying to find a good automated tool and am trying to figure out which seem the best value for their price. So my question is, what are your favorites? Does anyone use multiple programs for different things or are they all pretty much the same? I'm looking for a tool that would be a 1 time payment preferably.

I'm aware that it's more how you use it and all about strategy, but I am sure that there are some that people have a huge preference over as opposed to others. I am thinking of investing in GSA, I just want to weigh out all my options first before making the purchase

I was always under the impression that Senuke was very expensive. I remember getting a cracked version for that exact reason, but that was awhile back..


EDIT: I probably should have stated that I am looking to pay $100 or less. I have around $200 in total to invest into SEO related tools
