How To Remove an existing YouTube video ?

Can we remove an existing video in YouTube by flagging or reporting the video as spamming or abusive content? We have done this in the past and here's what we did. First, me and my team mates disliked the video. Second we report the video and select the right criteria. Example: report as spamming. We usually do this to the competitors videos also it needs signing in a different user, IPs and location.

Can somebody tell me if this still works?

Yeah, it does, but why would you want to do it? If it's for some people that are abusing you or something like that it would be okay, but if it's just competition, I think it's stupid..

Please do not do it... it is so pathetic!! Everyone can do that but what is the point?
You flag me then I get mad and I flag you.... and so on!! This is stupid and I hope you are not one who flag my videos...
Rank you video with SEO, retention views and other stuff... be a man not a pu..y!!
And making a bot for that is even more pathetic! Just ask yourself guys... do you like when your video is flagged by competition? Of course not, so please stop doing that... ray: eace:

The only real way to do it is to have a local lawyer file a judgment with YouTube (Google) and they will remove it. I have had no success with rotating proxies and flagging. I am sure there is some "Magic Number" but who knows what it is. Also, if it gets a manual review and it does not violate any terms they will not remove it. Use the courts if it is really important to get it down- $300-$500.

It wasn't clear if just filing would be enough for removal or a whole lawsuit would be needed (which has much higher price).

Yes you can do this for this job you will need a lot of youtube accounts and proxies.
