At-last, I got the reports and wow! I have to say it's crazy!
It took some time to deliver his service and now I can see why. The report itself looks really professional and I have not yet seen a single link which is dead. The posted articles look great too.

I random checked few of the web 2.0 edu posts, edu posts, pdf and article submissions. The articles are copyscaped passed 80% and readable. Also, all the posts are having embeded a related image from my niche.
So, everything looks good and one of high competitive keywords(7.5k exact search results) already hit first page in 4 days.
I will get back with the other serp changes in about a week.

just checked the properties and no error found
created neatly with nice names and images / tags used
tier 2 links done as advertised in OP
about results its too early to talk about results
just a update that i provided OP keyword of 49500 Exact US searches and it came at #289 from nowhere
its just few hours i got report
will update once all links are indexed
