just sold for $27million

Now that is surely fake and everyone knows that. But now he is liable to pay Flippa the fees, roughly $2000, imagine them sending him a debt collector. Total screw up and everyone would be laughing right in his face.

i think its a marketing strategy, flippa have a cap on success flipp and he can pay that money and start claiming to have a method of selling monkey sites on flippa for billions

Yes exactly it should be marketing strategy. Some people easily fall for this I think.

guys just to clerify the guy is a joker i think,i just notice maybe flippa has figured him out thats why there overal site sale is now 101million

Sometimes I think we have loads of really smart people on this forum, then I read a thread like this & remember how many idiots there are!

1 bid? Either the buyer was a riiich drunk bugger on coke or the most fake thing ever.

auction eneded and relisted - as if the 27 mil wasnt enough this guys going for twice the money!

He's been upping the price after every auction ended. I wish Flippa would kill off people like this that are "dreamers" but they never will.

I am pretty much sure the deal won't be closed and buyer accidentally clicked "Buy Now" button on a wrong page.

Sweet, maybe with 27 mill they can make that shitty site look better - looks like a drunk 5 year old did it. If anyone believes this pile of crap sold for $27 million feel free to PM me because I am selling magic beans that grow money trees

review copy plzzzz :D

Looks actually quite clever from my end....
You get a site selling domains, which YOU (only you, lol) consider to be valuable, and you list it for a massive price.
Now it appears in all the Flippa ordered-by-price searches in first place, which gets you eyeballs. Eyeballs on your SITE, and on your domain portfolio.
A good few suckers will then try to purchase domains from you, as they fall for the hype that the domains are valuable (they MUST be, if 400 of them are worth 27 MILLION!!!!).
Your "benefit" is on all the sales you make of domains on your crappy site (you didn't have to have valuable domains, you didn't need to SEO to get the traffic, etc, etc)
Your cost = ONE Flippa listing fee...after all, it's not ever going to sell, so you just keep getting free re=listings for it...you keep ahold of that top spot for as long as you like (or until someone lays out your method as I'm doing and then places their own listing for 200 Million, lol).
If, like it looks like happened, a buyer accidentally hits the BIN button = no problem, he's not going to go through with it, so you report to Flippa and they just give you...yep, you guessed it...ANOTHER free re-list!

Lol...imho this is "thinking outside the box"...and the guy can't even write or spell properly, hahaha
