Are an exchange sites actually working at the moment?
Other than U2Bviews which is just sending mobile views.

EnhanceViews is crap at the moment.
I spent a few days building up 100,000 credits in advance for a YT vid and have been live with a request for 250 views for 2 days now and only got 89 so far showing in my account. My YT vid reports 11 views.

Probably gonna give up on it and just buy them...

I don't mind paying for views thing is I only want less than 250 a video.. Not looking for a crazy Ammount of views.

You can get views from Twitter from MYTV, and I thought EV was still working for small amounts of views.
