Anything can get negative feedback if you are faced with a difficult buyer who is impossible to deal with. As long as you provide top quality customer service and make the buyer feel like they are the greatest thing since sliced bread, then you should be negative free.

Nothing. There is ALWAYS one buyer who will leave you negative feedback. Either when you have 1000 positive feedback/reviews or when you have 10. At one point, you'll get one. If you evade it, you're lucky. Just be honest, refund those who ask for one (legitimately), and abide by their TOS. That's the only way to avoid negative feedback. There is no special niche for not receiving negative feedback.

You will always get negative feedback, its inevitable. There are customers that are simply not someone you can please because they have lived a life where they were rewarded for complaining.

The only thing you can REALLY do is sell in volume. For every 1000 items you sell on eBay, eBay grants you something like 5 Feedback revision requests. By the time you sell 1000 positive feedback, you get at least 1 Negative.

You can fight negative feedback though, most people don't know this but there are rules set by eBay to determine if they feedback can be removed. If they leave you a negative feedback that says "Person is a snake oil salesman" or "This seller is a scammer!" - both of those can be removed due to being defamatory. If eBay refuses to remove them, you can sue eBay pretty easily - and the person that left you the negative.

i got my first negative feedback after 585 positive feedbacks, It hurts. Just be prepared for a negative feedback at one stage in your life, but it should not be your downfall.

Always communicate with your customers, use some automated programs to do so. I think that's the best way to go about it. Provide 5-Star service in all sections to not give the customer a reason to leave a neg.

Yeah, but it will show "Feedback been removed by eBay" and you still counts as a negative.

Some customers don't even know what your service is about even if you described it properly. Many people just have no clue about this whole internet stuff. For examply there are people on fiverr who give you a negative rating because they haven't made any sales from your service while we all know that a service for 5 bucks will never bring you any sales.

You will probably always face negative comments, people who aren't satisfied with the product and what's not. The key is to sell things that are of good quality and not overpriced. Have a good user support also and make your customers feel satisfied with your business. If they are satisfied chances are you will get their friends in your shop too.

i have seen account with loads of feedback and it was 100% , so i checked what they were selling.
It was all to do with diy stuff : screws,nails,bolts etc .
When you thing about it - its really hard to complain about this sort of thing - usuall complaints on feedback are like didnt fit (shoes/clothes) , different colour (for pretty much anything) , poor quality (pretty much anything too) etc .
So you cant really complain about nails,screws and bolts - it is what it is !
As long as you describe it properly and deal with non deliveries in a good way , you should have minimum count of negatives

Doesn't matter what you sell or how quality your service is it's, there is always a chance to receive negative feedbacks because your product or service is going to grab by different buyers all around the world may be and they might have different attitudes and thoughts. Instead what you can try to do is to maintain a good customer service while offer them a great product and adjusted to fit their needs and try to avoid negative feedbacks as possible and forget about the 1 negative feedback left out of 100 because you made the rest 99 buyers happy with your product

No matter what you sell you are going to get those buyers that are just out to get a rise from trying to give you a hard time, I think some people just enjoy it. all you can do is learn from what they are saying and move on to the next.

You will get negatives from time to time. As mentioned above, you can contact eBay through feedback resolution and begin the process. I have had negatives removed 50% of the time through this process. Other times I have responded to their negative feedback (it will appear below their comment) in a positive manner i.e. "we have a return policy, please reach out to us" or "sorry for misunderstanding". It's a business and communication is key.
