RMXHost downtime

Still down, this is killing me really. Why doesn't he have the guts to tell us what's going on.

I have his address in the UK (his private home address, both the tech guy and the owner) and his address in Letvia, there must be a damn good reason for this downtime. Tell us what's going on!

this is because I got the yellow screen with the red box I always got when they were getting hit a while ago.

I've added on Skype and sent an e-mail asking what's happening.

If somebody could give them a call or something maybe even on skype if you have credit just to find out what's going on..

The number is not longer in use.... wtf

I really hope they come online back soon, have lost 2 big websites, and one for a client which I've puted lots of efforts on it. This is to get crazy!

My dedi server is still online. I hope it's all ok, their service is pretty good. Will be diffcoult find another good offshore provider.

You have a dedicated server that's still online with RMXHost?

It looks like you are the only one then .... do you have any ways of contacting RMXHost?

Do you use a backup server from RMX? If so, can you PM me the IP perhaps?

Have contacted them already asking what the deal is, has RMXhost's subscription with them end or what, power outage, just asking for an explanation as to what's happening..

I didn't speak with RMX Direct, I just dig some digging and found out where their hosting was, seems they have a reseller pack from these guys in Lithuania, tried contacting them, not even sure they understand english

I'm hoping they are, I only sent them an e-mail like 30 mins ago, so gonna give them a while before I send another or attempt to ring them somehow.

I understand everyones frustration here, I'm losing a tonne of money in which I wont get back

I will keep you posted, it's really sad that we're having to do all of RMXHost's work for them, chasing up the Datacentre provider and everything (if they havent already..)

I'm presuming owner went away for a little while and left business unattended and server got attacked and nothing was done as nobody was there..

I might switch over to OVH France hosting, as one other guy with a similiar website is using that and his sites online 24/7 with quite a high load of traffic.

This guy has always been nice the owner of RMXhost. I hope I was a good judge cause I decided to stay with them even through the downtime. This is going to ruin my lively hood if they don't come back as I had all my domains under them hopefully they will be back soon or contact us in some way.

Update: I've sent a message to ALL of the support staff of their datacentre, this will not be ignored, I want to know what's happening.

And I to have a livelyhood on the line. :C

Gonna have to return to blogger or something in the meantime.
