Got an invitation to TGN .. SHould i accept it?

I just got a message on my inbox from this guy that claims he is a recruiter from TGN, his own channel is TGN partnered so i trust it is legit.

Currently i use adsense for revenue, if i partner with a network like this, will i lose adsense? This is the first time I got an invitation so im pretty excited. Anyone can give me some info what the the pro's and cons are for partnering with a network?

A con would be they control your adsense. Another con would be that they have rights to your content and channel. A pro would be you are shielded and protected from most forms of copyright that don't involve monetizing music and some forms of art. A pro would be that the network would help advance you by advertising your channel etc to their current audiences.

I wouldn't take the deal from TGN, I would first negotiate and if they are unwilling then I would keep my Adsense and see if another network later would negotiate with me.

Bottom line is:
1) What % of your revenue are they wanting to take?
2) What are they willing to do for you in return for taking this %

Remember, you will be giving them a cut of the money you make. You should not be flattered they want you. They should be flattered if you decide you want them. Let us know what % they want and what they are willing to offer in return and I'd be happy to give you my opinion on if it is a good deal for you.

You can leave with 30 days notice so it's worth giving it a try!

THe funny thing is, the contract is of broadbandTV and not TGN, The person that sent me was claiming he is with TGN, his channel was with TGN aswell. So is this a scam?

English isnt my main language, so i am holding back with signing contracts etc and im full of questions like what will happen with the money on adsense, and if i will be able to join ack to adsense in the future etc.. Im also afraid of being scammed.
