I meant, let's use proxies to submit random reports though that page. if the page gets constantly hammered with fake reports, they'll have a hard time sorting out what's real and what is not. and chances are the real reports will be lost in the sea of fake ones.

they'll have to blacklist all the proxies of the world to stop slow it.
