Looking VPS for spamming

Is it for email spamming? Part of the game is finding a host who'll turn a blind eye. Nobody will really want to share with you openly a company who does, since they don't want the firms pool of IP's blacklisted everywhere.

And how exactly do you plan on paying for the vps?
Actually if you're using different pricate proxies, any spam complaint will not be redirected to the vps host. And I do believe hosters are not checking their customers without receiving any complaints?
I think you need to learn how to mail first before giving advice.
None of what you said makes any sense. Your mail server on your vps sends the mail. Using a private proxy to connect to YOUR OWN mail server is rather pointless. Are you trying to hide yourself from yourself? The original reason you said to sign up with a private proxy was so you could hide yourself from the vps company. That won't work. You need to pay for a vps. They know who you are from your payment details, not your IP.

You should check "imsnake vps" service, it comes with a lot of seo tools as well.

actually, it doesn't matter which VPS provider you choose, you'll use proxies right? so it doesn't matter...
