Please help me. I need to advice the person responsible for this site whether she needs to sell it or continue with expanding the progress.

Sorry guys (and gals). Not sure what info I should have provided. I assumed you all have wicked tools to check a website with few clicks away. (just kidding)
Well site has been around for less than a half a year. about 2-3 unique keywords. Not many page views. It did score a few test sales through instagram. My projection is that the new york tea house keywords could be a great manipulation for future traffic gains and click conversions.

Tea houses are getting more and more mainstream so, that would probably turn into a premium domain in a while.

If the owner got a insane offer low-mid $.$$$, she should sell it. If not, just work on it and expand the website.

the number one selling factor to think about is this: how much revenue is the site currently generating?
if it's not generating much revenue, then it's not worth much. simple.
the domain is great, but that doesn't mean you will find a buyer that's willing to pay a lot of money for it.
if you have confidence in growing the business, then that's probably your best option right now because it doesn't look like it's worth a lot (yet)

Not entirely true. The number one selling factor is: what are people willing to pay?

Revenue is relative. It's mostly related to the owner's marketing skills.

Just my humble opinion.
