If you are using Chrome, Right click page, Inspect Element, click on resources and download everything under the index.html make sure they're in the right folder and adjust codes properly if needed.

Download a program called HTTRACK Website Copier. It clones websites really well in my experience. Picks up all of the javascript files, html, and mostly everything else. Never had a problem with it.
