Before you buy or try anything, do it with a few cheap/free proxies and see if it works. It's all about testing and experimenting. Don't spend money if you don't have to.

Awesome method! you could try CL as well, CL have a crazy amount of traffic and yes some CPA networks won't allow CL traffic but there is something called, DIRECT LINK which you can use it.
